- You will find two options, the first option labelled “The ACT Test: U.S.” and “The ACT Test: Non-U.S.”
- Select the option as required by clicking on US ACT Testing & Scores or Non-US ACT Testing & Scores.
- You will be taken to the official ACT web account log in page.
- Enter your User ID in the first field provided.
- Enter your password in the second field.
- Click the “Sign In” button to gain access to your ActStudent account.

You can also access your ActStudent account from your mobile device’s browser. Here are the step-by-step instructions for web access:

ActStudent Mobile Login Instructions for Apple Users
The Act Online Prep app is available only for Apple devices. It is available in the app store for free download. Below are the steps you can follow to gain access to your ActStudent account.
- Go to App Store and download the ACT Online Prep Student mobile app for either your iPhone or iPad.
- Install the app on your Apple device of choice.
- Open the app to access the Act Online Prep login page.
- Enter your UserID and Password in the fields provided.
- Tap the “Login” button to terminate the process.
ActStudent Login Issues / Troubleshoots
Forgotten user ID and password are the most common spoilers during logging into the Act Student account.
If you have forgotten your user ID,
- Find the Forgot User ID? Link just beside the user ID field of the login page.
- Fill up the Student’s First Name, Last Name and registered Email Address.
- Click or tap on the Submit button to retrieve your User ID.
If you have forgotten your user password,
- Find the Forgot Password? link just beside the password field of the login page.
- Fill up the User ID and Email Address
- Click or tap on the Submit button.
